MAINTENANCE SERVICES
PHYSICAL MANAGEMENT
1. Oversee the overall
maintenance and repairs of the common areas.
2. Supervise and or inspect
work performed by contractors and service
people employed by the Strata Corporation
to ensure satisfactory workmanship (e.g.
snow removal, garbage collection, etc.).
3. Undertake regular site
inspections of the common areas and co-ordinate
any necessary work.
4. Obtain and review cost
quotations for common area repairs or improvements,
as directed by the Strata Corporation.
5. Respond to common area
emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
6. Co-ordinate the annual
placement of the Strata Corporations common
property insurance coverage (insurance coverage
is for common property only, owners should
provide personal content insurance) and
assist in establishment and administration
of all other contracts and agreements which
pertain to the common property.
