- Phone calls and emails
will be returned the same day or the next
working day.
- Strata Council Minutes
will be prepared for review/mailed within
seven (7) days after the meeting has taken
place.
- Notice of Annual/Extraordinary
General Meeting will be scheduled within
two (2) months after the year-end.
- Annual/Extraordinary
Meeting Minutes will be mailed within
ten (10) days of the meeting date.
- We remain committed

and also a current member of both the Professional
Association of Managing Agents and Condominium
Home Owners' Association. The company
and staff are licensed under the Real Estate
