the Sea to Sky Corridor. Whistler Resort

Our modern office
facilities are located in Whistler’s
Function Junction and include a boardroom
for Strata Council meetings. Our approach
to strata management is that of an agent:
we give our advice to your elected strata
council allowing them to make informed and
educated decisions. It is then our role
to coordinate activities in a financially
responsible management manner.
STRATA MANAGEMENT
Our managers are up to date on building
and industry related issues and work closely with many
trades in the community We provide prompt management
services at reasonable prices. Whistler Resort Management
manages a variety of strata properties and strives for
excellence in all aspects of strata
property management. Our
management department includes many staff members who
all bring different expertise to the company, from legal
to construction. We also have an in-office accounting
department to further ensure accurate and prompt service.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Whistler Resort Management
has a strong maintenance department that services each
and every one of our clients needs. This includes a
24-hour emergency paging service and prompt day to day
property management
services.
